The Facet apps are desktop applications made by Adams QB, Inc. dba Fourlane ("we", "us") that run on your own computer. They read data from your QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite or QuickBooks Desktop company file to produce reports and documents, and, if you choose, send those documents by email from your own mailbox.
On your computer, in your Windows user profile. Connection tokens are stored encrypted with Windows data protection. We do not operate servers that store your accounting data or your email.
When you connect an account, a small service we operate at connect.facetapps.com completes the sign-in with Intuit, Microsoft or Google and hands the resulting tokens to the app on your computer. The service holds those tokens for at most five minutes and keeps no copy afterwards. It does not receive or store your accounting data or email content.
Nothing beyond what the app does for you on your computer. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or to train models. If you contact us for support and send us a log file or screenshot, we use it only to resolve your request.
Intuit, Microsoft and Google process sign-ins and API requests under their own privacy policies. Cloudflare hosts the connect service.
You can disconnect any account inside the app or revoke access from Intuit, Microsoft or Google directly. Uninstalling the app and deleting its data folder removes everything the app stored.
The Facet apps are business software and are not directed to children under 13.
We will post any changes to this policy at this address with a new effective date.
