Adams QB, Inc. dba Fourlane ("we") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers within your organization for your own business purposes, under the terms of your order or agreement with us.
You are responsible for the QuickBooks, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Microsoft and Google accounts you connect and for the documents and emails you create and send with the Software.
Your data stays on your computer. Our privacy policy at facetapps.com/privacy describes what the Software accesses and how.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, or use it to violate the terms of Intuit, Microsoft or Google services.
Support and updates are provided according to your support plan with us. Versions of the Software you have installed keep working if a plan ends.
The Software is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of data in your accounting system or for the content of documents you send. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Software in the twelve months before a claim.
This license ends if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
